PURPOSE BEHIND THE APP

The communication between the investors and the representatives of the Real Estate agency was manual and unorganised. With the vision to organise the whole business process and to establish an effective client communication channel, Querysoftke designed an exclusive enterprise mobile solution for the client.

The purpose of the app was to serve as the informative platform for the investors where they could find all the important updates regarding the real estate projects in which they have invested. The app also worked as an investment portfolio for the potential investors who wish to buy shares in the upcoming projects of the Kenyan Real Estate giant.

Thus, the enterprise offered investors to download the application on both the App Store and the Play Store and use the app to get a detailed profit and loss statement on their investment and they can also make a buying or selling request to the admin directly from the application.
